The stone is soft and easy to use with great cutting power, and it finishes incredibly fine for how well it cuts, especially for being akapin. Will give mirror finish.

A nagura is not needed at all as the stone is soft without it being too soft and is able to maintain strong cutting power while using not excess mud.
